Our Online / Internet research services are aimed at helping you find the answers to questions you want to know and more - through searching the Internet. (For more in-depth research, covering a wide range of subscription and pay-to-use databases we recommend our information broking service which covers a much wider range of sources than can be found on the Internet).

There is a lot more material available online on the Internet than can be found with Google. Much of this is hidden and can't be found using conventional search engines - and includes information held on deep-web databases that are missed by most search engines.

We are known as experts in Internet and Online searching - frequently leading workshops on finding information using online sources. Our team are all information professionals, with a combined experience of many years searching.

Our charges and how to ask your question:

Rather than price per hour or per question we think that you should set the price.

  • How much is the information worth to you?
  • How quickly do you need it?

Factor these in and set a price.

This price gives us an indicator of how important and urgent the request is. It also helps us assess how hard or simple you expect the task to be. We will use this price in crafting our search approach. On receiving a request we'll take a quick look to get a feel for what will be available (as, despite what many believe, not everything is actually available online). We'll then either accept your price, and do the research for you, or suggest an alternative price. We may even give you the answer for free if our initial check turns up an answer.

Payment can be by Paypal, including credit card payments, or bank transfer, but we won't start work until paid - and the minimum fee is US$15. We'll also define what an acceptable answer should be. If we accept the research and fail to give you an answer then we'll refund what you paid in full.
