CI Outsourcing & Interim Management
The business world is a rapidly changing environment and staying competitive is getting harder each day. People move from job to job, and with illness, maternity and paternity leave, there is a substantial chance that essential staff will not always be available when you need them. Our Interim Management Services aim to provide you with the experts to cover key staff absence, whatever the reason. Our interim managers are experts in their field, so you can ensure that your CI operations continue running and that you stay competitive.
However this is not the only reason to take on an interim manager.
- You may also want an interim manager to show your existing staff best practices in CI.
- You may have a particular project requiring specific skills not available from your current staff - interviewing skills, financial analysis knowhow and so on.
- You may have a one-off short-term project and don't wish to recruit staff just for this.
- Your project may require an objectivity or level of confidentiality that can't be achieved using in-house staff.
For such projects it won't be sensible to recruit a full-time person. Our interim managers can fill such temporary gaps ensuring your CI processes run smoothly and effectively.
Interim managers can be taken on for either long-term (six-months plus), short-term or part-time contracts. They can also be kept on a retainer basis, with availability spread over a long period but for only a few days or weeks at a time perhaps to help with end-of-month peaks, or to provide back-up for other staff away on day-release training. (Please note: this service is currently only available to UK based companies).
