Since 1995, when AWARE was founded, we have been invited to lead workshops and seminars and present papers on competitive intelligence topics across the world - in addition to our regular in-house training workshops held for client organizations.

These presentations have ranged from short hour long lectures and panels at various conferences to full 1-or-more day seminars and workshops.

Arthur Weiss, our managing partner, has also served on the organisational committees for the International Online Conference (1999, 2005) and for the SCIP Europe conference (SCIP Europe, Milan) in 2004. In addition he is a part-time lecturer at Thames Valley University where he teaches the Marketing Research & Information module of the UK Chartered Institute of Marketing's Professional Diploma in Marketing.

Arthur Weiss, AWARE's managing partner led a session focusing on social networking and how this can be used to enhance marketing intelligence at ABD-BVD's Inforum2009: It's all about people conference at the end of April, 2009. The lecture showed how marketing and competitive intelligence professionals can use social networking sites such as Facebook, Myspace, LinkedIn and others as part of their portfolio of research tools.
